Hello lovelies! I know Spring isn't right around the corner or anything--but it's always a good thing to have toned shoulders, right? :) I am usually on the look out for a great shoulder/arm workout because of my upcoming wedding.
One of my favorite celebrities, Jessica Alba, has beautiful toned arms that all of us would love to have! She is a great role model because of her healthy lifestyle and natural beauty. She works out hard AND is a great mom!
Below find a quick shoulder workout you can do during the commercials of your favorite tv shows.
10 Minute Shoulder Workout
- 1 minute arm circles forward (with arms in T position)
- 1 minute arm circles backward (with arms in T position)
- 1 minute overhead presses with 5-10 pound dumbbells in each hand
- 1 minute side raise with 5 pound dumbbells in each hand
- 1 minute front raise with 5 pound dumbbells in each hand
- Repeat
- Stretch and feel those shoulders burn!
