It's one of those Tuesdays where I am tired and not feeling like doing anything active. So: my body is telling me to chill! I will listen but do a short and simple ab routine just to keep my core in check. I found this routine from a great website called "Tone It Up!" (http://toneitup.com/). This website has awesome workouts that you can watch online or you can print out.
